Web Hosting: Terms of Service

Ralix Legal Agreements:

#1 - Web Hosting Agreement -

Ralix is not responsible in any way for damages to you or your company in any way caused directly or indirectly by Ralix.

Spam or unsolicited email, from our hosted mailboxes is strictly forbidden. If we get complaints from anyone that a certain mailbox is sending out spam, then that account will be terminated without notice.  Absolutely NO Refunds will be given to active spammers.

You may not use your FTP/website for storing warez, anime, cracking, hacking, bots, spam, IRC scripts and other similar files in your account.

LEGAL pornographic material is FINE.  ILLEGAL pornographic material will be reported to the authorities.

The resale of your standard SHARED hosting account is strictly forbidden.  If you have a Reseller account, VPS, or Dedicated Server you can resell our services.

You may not store any copyrighted material in your webspace unless you are the copyright holder. Any account with illegal copyrighted material will be terminated and the proper authorities will be notified.

You may not intrude in other people's FTP/webspace which is hosted on our servers.  If suspected hacking/cracking is taking place, your account will be terminated and you will be notified to the authorities.

When you go over your allotted transfer limit each month you must purchase additional transfer from us in gigabytes. Even if you go over 1MB then that 1MB will be treated as 1GB, and you will need to buy more bandwidth.

Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to the next month.

#2 - Refund Policy -

Each of Ralix's shared web hosting plans carries a 15 day unconditional money back guarantee.  This does not include Reseller, VPS, or Dedicated Server accounts.  If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 15 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding account fee overages or setup fees.

No refund is available after the 15th day.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as disk space, bandwidth, FTP accounts, etc.

You may cancel your web hosting account within 15 days of account creation if unsatisfied.

When cancelling your account you have to indicate the exact reason for a refund request.

Refund requests after 15 days will be negotiated.

Any chargebacks will automatically cause your hosting account to be terminated.

Ralix has a zero-tolerance policy as far as credit card fraud is concerned. If you knowingly misuse your own credit card and perform a chargeback after using your hosting for a full period then be advised that Ralix will take full legal action. This includes a court hearing where the sole arbitrator will be a judge (without a jury). You will also be liable to pay for attorney fees for Ralix and as well as any damages caused by you directly or indirectly to Ralix.

#3 - Privacy Policy -

The phone number you provide us is only kept for our records and we do not give/sell anyone your phone number.

Your home address is kept confidential and is only there for our records.

Your credit card number is always transmitted over a secure connection (SSL) which ensures that your credit card number is not intercepted by any malicious "hacker".  All credit cards are authorized in realtime and go directly to the bank for processing.
